ROWDY MAGAZINE

Rowdy is a student run magazine based in Gainesville, Florida. Focused on fashion, politics, art, and style, Rowdy is a platform to express creativity. Each volume has a specific theme to which the art style, photoshoots, and articles reflect. As a brand, it is known for its loud colors, strong opinions, and playful style. As a layout designer for two semesters, I worked on designing layouts for the articles assigned to me. I got to experiment with fun typography and bold aesthetics. As the art director, I oversaw the social media and layout design teams, where I created style guides, gave feedback, and was responsible for the overall design of the magazine.
